Mindful Investors seeks to provide growth capital to companies that are good for us and our planet.

Specifically, we are targeting premium-branded natural, organic and sustainable consumer companies that have sales between $10MM-$100MM, positive EBITDA, demonstrated consumer traction, and revenue momentum. Products or services must be differentiated and possess significant growth potential. Management must be committed to growing the company with environmentally sustainable practices.

We are drawn to companies where there is the potential - and interest - to grow the business organically as well as through acquisitions. Our experience has shown the dramatic accretive value of creating platforms in specific product categories that enable us to leverage the unique power and strengths of related companies into a unified effort.

We like to back management teams that are prepared to bet on themselves. We provide attractive performance-based compensation and equity incentive plans that enable management to accumulate significant personal wealth.

At Mindful Investors, the potential of the company is more important than the situation that created the opportunity. We have vast experience dealing with management-led buy-outs, succession planning, growth capital infusions, recapitalizations, and corporate divestitures.

We will take majority or minority positions in a company. In minority situations, it is important that the majority of the board be comprised of non-insiders.
